SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Time (5-21 business days)

 We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, the European Union, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil and Argentina. The main methods of shipping and approximate delivery time are as follows:

Free shipping: Free for orders over €50.00. Shipping Time (6-10 business days)
 
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

• Processing Time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch around 2~3 working days affert the order is placed.

• Shipping Time: Normally 5-9 business days.

Orders placed after 6pm CEST will be processed the following business day ( not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed after Friday 6pm CEST are shipped on or before the followin Tuesday.
